Michael Aimette, Chief Creative Officer, FCB NY
Michael is the Chief Creative Officer at FCB New York. In 2025, the agency was named Agency of the Year at The One Show, ADC Awards, Clio Awards, and D&AD Awards; was named Regional Network of the Year – North America at Cannes Lions for the seventh consecutive year; and rose to the top of The Drum’s World Creative Rankings in 2025. And in 2023 and 2024, FCB New York won its first two Emmys. Under Michael’s creative leadership, the agency has created effective, Grand Prix-winning work for Michelob ULTRA and Spotify, and garnered significant new business wins from diverse brands such as Budweiser, Pringles, LISTERINE, Hyundai, The Gates Foundation, Cheez-It, Johnson’s Baby, Intuit’s QuickBooks, New Era and the New York Mets, more than doubling the agency’s size since he joined in 2020.
Jennifer Ball, Chief Marketing Officer, Franklin Templeton
Jennifer Ball is the Global CMO for Franklin Templeton Investments, based in New York City. Her team contributes to Franklin Templeton’s position as “trusted partner for what’s ahead” through a data-driven marketing strategy. Accountable for brand, advertising & sponsorships, client marketing, product marketing, digital experience and analytics, the Marketing team runs integrated, customized campaigns that drive growth and nurture business around the world. A career financial services marketer, Jennifer has a passion for insight-driven marketing through analytics and powerful content marketing and is currently obsessed with integrating AI into Marketing at Franklin Templeton. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, she held marketing leadership positions supporting institutional and retail business at Fidelity Investments and Russell Investments. Her career also includes marketing agency account management, overseeing financial services accounts.
Toni Clayton-Hine, CMO, EY
Toni Clayton-Hine is the Chief Marketing Officer for EY, Americas, a $25bn professional services firm. A seasoned B2B marketing leader, she drives growth by combining creativity with analytics to unlock opportunities in competitive markets. Since joining EY in 2019, she has led an integrated marketing vision across sectors and service lines—elevating revenue, relationships, and reputation through brand, media, digital, and experiential programs. Previously, Toni was SVP and Global CMO at Xerox, revitalizing brand positioning and driving growth across B2B and B2B2C markets worldwide. She also held senior roles at CA Technologies, CRN, and co-founded The Institute for Partner Education & Development (IPED). Toni serves on multiple industry boards and lives in New York with her husband and two daughters.
Jeffrey Colen, Head of Demand & Growth, Cohere
Jeff Colen is Head of Demand & Growth at Cohere, a B2B AI startup that recently received Series E funding. Jeff and his team are focused on scaling Cohere’s business through account-based marketing, integrated campaigns, paid media, social media, SEO, email marketing, and more. Previously, Jeff spent a decade at Google leading marketing campaigns and programs across 3 of the company’s largest B2B product areas. He began his tech career working at several venture-backed startups in the Bay Area and now lives in New York.
Camila de Almeida Prado, CEO & Partner, GUT Mexico City
Born in São Paulo, Brazil. Camila is currently the CEO of GUT Mexico City’s office. She joined GUT in 2019 as part of the founding team, serving as Business Leader in the São Paulo office and since 2021 she has built a talented team in Mexico from scratch. Now, four years later, this office has become one of the best agencies in the country and has a team of more than 80 people, winning Cannes Lions and Effie awards, and has client portfolio with Top Brands such as Corona, Modelo and Mercado Libre – the largest e-commerce company in Latin America. In 2023 she was recognized as Leading Women by AdAge and Adlatina.
Charlotte Howard, Executive Editor, The Economist
Charlotte Howard is The Economist’s Executive Editor, New York Bureau Chief, and co-host of the Checks and Balance podcast. Previously, she served as the U.S. Business Editor. Over her career, Charlotte has covered the energy sector, climate policy, consumer goods and retail, global healthcare, and politics in America’s Midwest. She joined The Economist in 2004 and is a Yale University graduate.
Pedr Howard, Head of Creative Excellence, Ipsos
Ped leads Creative Excellence in the US for Ipsos, one of the largest independent market research companies in the world. He works with many of the top brands in the US to help develop, optimize and measure the effectiveness of their advertising, as well as being an occasional columnist in The Drum and a judge at the Effie awards, the ARF Ogilvy awards and many others.
Robert Davis, EVP, Strategy, PJA
Robert Davis leads strategy at PJA, where he helps B2B brands navigate complexity with clarity and momentum. He focuses on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for organizations ranging from growth-stage innovators to global enterprises. He chose a career in B2B on purpose, beginning as a creative leader in agencies in New York and Boston before making a mid-career shift to strategy. With roots in creative problem-solving and innovation, Robert brings an open mind and a deep toolkit to work with clients in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, software, and cybersecurity.
Eimear Lambe, Head of Brand Strategy, ServiceNow
Eimear leads Brand Strategy at ServiceNow — or as she likes to call it, her ‘dream job’. In her role, she navigates the fast-moving world of enterprise AI and helps shape the brand one brief, naming decision, measurement study, or research deep dive at a time. She works alongside a talented team of strategists within a global brand marketing org, all on a mission to build a world-class brand. Before ServiceNow, she spent over a decade at Twitter, leading brand strategy across EMEA and global thought leadership — at the intersection of technology, culture, and brands. She has built her career in chapters: agency side, platform side, and brand side — all powered by curiosity, a knack for pattern recognition, and a lifelong fascination with people that began with studying Psychology.
Sheevani Raikundalia, Executive Head of Financial Advertising Sales, NA, Bloomberg Media
Sheevani Raikundalia leads Financial Services Advertising Sales for Bloomberg Media in North America. In this role, she oversees the financial vertical sales team, guiding strategy and growth initiatives that help clients connect with Bloomberg’s audiences across all platforms. With a career spanning CNN, Yahoo!, The New York Times, The Washington Post and OUTFRONT, Sheevani has built and led high-performing sales teams while shaping innovative approaches to media partnerships.
Jaime Robinson, Co-Founder and CCO, JOAN
Jaime Robinson is the co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of JOAN, which includes JOAN Creative, JOAN Studios and JOAN Media, with offices in New York, London and Berlin. JOAN has been named Independent Agency of the Year by Campaign, Small Agency of the Year by Adweek and Standout on AdAge’s A-List. Jaime has been honored as one of Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business,” was one of Ad Age’s “40 Under 40,” and Adweek’s “Creative 100.” She serves on the Board for the One Club for Creativity. Her work has won in every award show, including an Emmy for “Outstanding New Approach” to Entertainment. She believes that the world is inherently wonderful, that people are drawn to interesting things, and that “why not?” are two of the most powerful words in the English language.
Jann Schwarz, Senior Director, Marketplace Innovation, LinkedIn
Since founding the B2B Institute six years ago, Jann has become one of the most influential thinkers about the future of B2B marketing and sales, and a frequent keynote speaker and industry advisor. He is a published Harvard Business Review author, along with Mimi Turner and Roger Martin, on The Right Way To Build Your Brand. Jann has held various partnership and innovation roles at LinkedIn for the past twelve years, and previously worked in strategy roles at WPP, the BBC and the New York Times. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and The London School of Economics.
Erika Serow, Partner, Chief Marketing Officer, Bain & Company
Erika Serow is partner and Chief Marketing Officer at Bain & Company. Based in the firm’s New York office, she is responsible for developing and delivering Bain’s global marketing program across all of its practices and geographies. Ms. Serow originally joined Bain in 1995 and previously served as the head of Bain’s Retail practice in the Americas. From 2016-2017, she served as the President of Sweaty Betty, a British activewear brand that was part of the L Catterton portfolio. Outside the firm, Ms. Serow is a director of Purple Innovation, a senior advisor at Silversmith Capital Partners, and a member of the Steering Committee for OpenMinds. She earned her MBA from Stanford University her undergraduate degree from Duke University.
Palash Soni, CEO and Co-Founder, Goldcast
Palash Soni, Goldcast CEO and Co-Founder, first tasted entrepreneurship as a child, charging neighborhood kids to play video games on his second-hand console. After beginning his career in engineering and leadership roles at a mobile adtech company, Palash pursued his MBA at Harvard Business School. In 2020, he co-founded Goldcast to help B2B marketers run digital events that drive pipeline and build brand. Since then, Goldcast has been on a mission to empower marketing teams with its end-to-end agentic video content platform, enabling them to execute ideas and deliver results faster and more efficiently.
Peter Weinberg, Co-Founder, Evidenza
Peter is co-founder of Evidenza, a pioneering synthetic research platform that generates finance-friendly marketing plans in minutes, instead of months. Prior to Evidenza, Peter co-founded and led the B2B Institute, a think tank whose research and ideas have been adopted by thousands of B2B marketers worldwide and covered in publications such as Marketing Week, WARC, and The Drum. Outside of work, Peter is a profoundly unsuccessful science fiction novelist and a devoted Nintendo player. He was born, raised, and will eventually die on the island of Manhattan.
Allison Knapp Womack, Global CEO, Effie Lions Foundation
Allison Knapp Womack is the CEO of the Effie LIONS Foundation, a bold new nonprofit on a mission to make the marketing industry more creative, more effective—and more open to everyone. A dynamic leader at the intersection of marketing and mission, Allison brings deep experience from both worlds. Before launching the Foundation, she served as COO of Effie Worldwide and was previously SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, a national affordable housing nonprofit. Earlier in her career, Allison held multiple senior leadership roles in advertising agencies, including serving as President of the New York office of Doremus, Omnicom’s B2B agency Allison holds a BA in Politics and French from Mount Holyoke College and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
