Tonya Garrett, Director, North America Agency Development, LinkedIn

Tonya is a Midwest-bred New Yorker that started her career in Management Consulting and has spent the last 20 years working across the agency ecosystem in Digital, Advertising and Creative agencies holding leadership roles in Client Services, Operations and Executive Leadership. At LinkedIn, she is responsible for leading an amazing team focused on equipping holding companies and large independent agencies with the marketing product, capability, and insights to enrich their value propositions and accelerate clients’ growth on the platform.

Tonya has the honor of serving as the Chair of the Eastern Board of Step Up, an organization that guides diverse young girls on their path to success through mentorship. Tonya loves education and holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Ashley Haynes-Gaspar, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, Lumen Technology

Ashley Haynes-Gaspar is Chief Revenue Officer at Lumen, a global technology leader in integrated communications, network, cloud, and security solutions. She leads the Acceleration and Growth Team and is responsible for nurturing and growing customer relationships and driving profitable growth for the company.

She joined Lumen in 2023 as Lumen’s Customer Experience Officer, managing the company’s international and wholesale businesses, and leading global marketing and branding efforts. Prior to joining the company, Ashley was the Chief Operating Officer overseeing industry and business applications for the U.S. subsidiary of Microsoft. There she drove ground-breaking programs that successfully increased market share and revenue growth year-over-year. These programs became the blueprint for global strategy and execution. Ashley’s extensive technology leadership experience spans global business strategy, marketing, change management, revenue growth, and innovation. Prior to joining Microsoft, she held various senior-level positions at GE spanning Finance, Marketing, and P&L leadership.

Ty Heath, Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institue at LinkedIn

Ty is Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institute at LinkedIn. Ty connects people with information needed to make intelligent decisions, studying the future of B2B marketing and decision making. With research, she engages the industry in partnership with the leading marketing effectiveness thinkers. This effort helps define the category, so customers can drive growth through marketing. Marketers benefit from Ty’s marketing experience at Google, consulting within IBM and leading her B2B consulting practice. Ty serves on the Digital Marketing Institute’s Global Advisory Council, on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation and as an Adobe Insider with top executives and experts.

Stacy Kemp, Executive Lead of Deloitte’s CMO Program and Principal, Deloitte Consulting, Deloitte

Stacy is the Executive Lead of Deloitte’s CMO Program and a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP. She works with Global 100 clients and has led an early-stage, entrepreneurial organization within the digital domain, and believes that data is the language of business and stories are the language of consumers.

Harnessing the power of data, connecting to brand purpose, creating agile operations, and telling compelling stories is the key to transforming marketing into a growth engine. Her expertise sits at the intersection of these things. She and her team are at the forefront of developing next-generation strategies to advance innovative products and services through equal parts intellect, practicality, and empathy.

Brian Monahan, Global Client President and Head of Retail Media Solutions, dentsu

Brian is a Global Client President and Head of Retail Media Solutions for dentsu. Prior to returning to Agency life, Brian worked client-side leading marketing and retail media monetization at Walmart.com and platform side, leading Retail Vertical Strategy at Pinterest. He enjoys intermittent entrepreneurial forays having launched 3 companies. Brian has been recognized in the American Advertising Federation Hall of Achievement, the Bay Area Innovation Group’s Hall of Fame, and as an AdAge Media Maven. Outside of work, Brian volunteers with the San Francisco Unified School District, the Gun Safety Alliance, and ExtraFood.org.

Kate Newstead, Marketing Science Lead, The B2B Institute at LinkedIn

As the Marketing Science Lead at The B2B Institute, Kate’s focus is on translating buyer behavior intelligence into marketing decisions that drive financial results. Kate helps LinkedIn’s clients implement practical marketing solutions to grow their market share and their profits. Prior to LinkedIn, Kate worked in a range of marketing, sales, media and research roles, learning from some of the best in the business including The Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, Mars, Mondelez, and Coty. ​Kate speaks regularly at marketing and business forums around the world, has served as a judge for marketing effectiveness awards and published numerous papers in academic and industry marketing journals. For the last 10 years she has contributed to the Journal of Advertising research, the flagship publication of the Advertising Research Foundation in NYC as an editorial board member.

James O’Leary, Managing Director, Global Brand Lead, PwC

James O’Leary is the Managing Director, Global Brand Lead at PwC. In this role, James is responsible for leading the brand to create relevance and differentiation for PwC. Over the past two decades, James has helped innovate global, iconic brands across professional services, consumer goods, financial services, entertainment, media and technology industries. He has held management positions across corporate and agency environments and brand leadership positions in three Fortune 100 companies, within a variety of regulated industries.

Prior to PwC, James served as SVP, Head of Brand at Wells Fargo leading brand strategy, visual and verbal identity, customer experience design, naming, campaigns and rebuilding trust efforts across the enterprise. As Director of Brand Marketing for Verizon Media Services (now renamed Yahoo!) James created the Oath Brand and led the integration of the AOL and Yahoo! brand portfolios through Verizon’s acquisition of AOL and Yahoo!. Prior to that, James was at Sony Corporation of America for ten years, most recently as Director of Brand Marketing and Consumer Engagement.

Micky Onvural, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, TIAA

Micky Onvural is Chief Marketing & Communications Officer at TIAA, responsible for leading a global marketing and communications team charged with expanding awareness of TIAA and its dedication to providing lifetime income, and improving clients’ experience through digital-first solutions. As TIAA’s chief storyteller, she also oversees external and internal communications strategies that drive engagement and alignment with the company’s business priorities among key stakeholders.

Prior to joining TIAA, Micky served as CEO for e-commerce menswear company Bonobos. With more than 20 years of experience as a marketing, product development and business strategy leader, she has held senior leadership roles at eBay, Trulia and Kellogg’s. Micky has earned numerous industry awards for innovative marketing and branding campaigns that merged the physical and digital to create immersive experiences.

Sherry Phillips, Chief Revenue Officer, Forbes

Sherry Phillips is a dynamic media executive with over 26 years of experience in digital, native, print and live events. A Forbes veteran, Sherry has an extensive background in sales and is known for boosting revenue. Sherry has led the events team since 2018, including programming, logistics and production and was recently elevated from Forbes’ Chief Sales & Marketing Officer to Chief Revenue Officer. As the Chief Revenue Officer, Sherry leads Forbes’ revenue operations globally and Forbes’ growing media business, which ranks number one across all business and demographic segments. While she served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Sherry led the creative, design, integrated and sales development teams, all of which play crucial roles in activating, executing and selling sponsorships, partnerships and events across all aspects of Forbes’ revenue-driving business.

Michelle Reid, Director of Ecosystem Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, IBM

Dedicated to harnessing the power of innovation to accelerate business expansion, create new market opportunities, and foster a client and partner approach.

Scott Stedman, CEO, The Imaginarium

Scott Stedman is the founder of The Imaginarium, a B2B marketing agency that helps great B2B brands succeed. He is a serial entrepreneur and business leader who was previously the Chief Growth and Product Officer for Havas + Arnold Worldwide. Stedman previously founded The Northside Media Group, which grew to include Brooklyn Magazine, The L Magazine, Northside Festival, Taste Talks, Summer Screen and Northside Creative Group. TechCrunch heralded Northside, “A Brooklyn-based media and events mini-empire,” before it was sold successfully. He is also a co-founder, with Wilco’s John Stirratt and Broder Property’s Ben Svenson, of TOURISTS, a luxury hotel that was awarded a coveted place on Fodor Magazine’s Top 100 Finest Hotels in the World. He also founded Saturnalia, a community of CMOs and poets that gather periodically around the world. In 2022, he published his first novel, Mouse.

Tom Stein, Chairman and Chief Brand Officer, Stein IAS

Tom has been a B2B marketing thought leader and evangelist for four decades. Tom’s passion has helped Stein IAS win ANA B2B Agency of the Year 10 times over 13 years and become the first agency to win the WARC Effectiveness Award for B2B at Cannes, back-to-back. Tom was a significant influence in the decision to launch a Creative B2B Lions at Cannes in 2022 and was named jury president in 2023. In 2017, Tom was among the first inductees into the ANA B-to-B Hall of Fame. He sits on the International Advertising Association (IAA) board and serves as Regional Director for North America. A scholarship in his name at Baruch College recognizes Tom’s many contributions to the equitable advancement of the marketing profession.

Marc is a SAID Business Associate Fellow at Oxford University and co-leads the Institute for Real Growth (IRG) – a prestigious executive leadership program to help business leaders drive more humanized growth within today’s stakeholder economy.

Alison Taylor, Clinical Associate Profession, and Author of ‘Higher Ground’, NYU Stern School of Business

Alison is a Clinical Associate Professor at NYU Stern School of Business and former Executive Director of Ethical Systems. She has spent the past two decades consulting with multinational companies on risk, anti-corruption, sustainability, human rights, culture and behavior, stakeholder engagement, ESG, and ethics and compliance. Current commitments include being a senior advisor at sustainability nonprofit BSR and CEO advisory firm Enlighten, a member of the Board at Venture ESG, a collaborator at Ethical Systems and a sustainability adviser at KKR and Pictet Group. Her first book, Higher Ground, has been featured on the Financial Times best summer reading list of 2024.

Allison Knapp Womack, Chief Operating Officer, Effie Worldwide

Allison Knapp Womack is a Chief Operating Officer at Effie Worldwide, the global organization that leads, inspires, and champions the practice and practitioners of marketing effectiveness. As COO, she oversees key worldwide programs including the Effie Awards, the development of Effie’s global network, and broader operations for Effie Worldwide.

Allison brings over two decades of agency and marketing experience, most recently as SVP and Chief Marketing Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, a national affordable housing nonprofit. She has also held multiple leadership roles at Omnicom’s B2B agency Doremus, including President of the flagship New York office. Prior to joining Doremus, Allison held senior positions at Ogilvy, Young & Rubicam and Wunderman.
