Victoria Morrissey, Chief Marketing Officer, Ferguson
Victoria Morrissey is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ferguson, a $30+ billion-dollar company. She is responsible for all enterprise marketing, including brand activation, customer experience & insights, marketing analytics, creative & content and media. As a member of the Ferguson Executive Team, Victoria brings the voice of the customer and Ferguson Brand to life by providing profound insights that drive enterprise-wide, data-driven, strategic decisions.
Before joining Ferguson, Victoria managed Global and Brand Marketing at Caterpillar Inc, a $41.7 billion dollar company. She led a team of 250 employees with oversight of brand, digital marketing, analytics, customer insights and customer experience. Victoria has also been a marketing leader at Grainger, Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, Grainger and WPP. Victoria is on the board of directors of Old Dominion University Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and Fear2Freedom and is the executive sponsor of the Building Pride BRG at Ferguson.
