Tonya is a Midwest-bred New Yorker that started her career in Management Consulting and has spent the last 20 years working across the agency ecosystem in Digital, Advertising and Creative agencies holding leadership roles in Client Services, Operations and Executive Leadership. At LinkedIn, she is responsible for leading an amazing team focused on equipping holding companies and large independent agencies with the marketing product, capability, and insights to enrich their value propositions and accelerate clients’ growth on the platform.

Tonya has the honor of serving as the Chair of the Eastern Board of Step Up, an organization that guides diverse young girls on their path to success through mentorship.Tonya loves education and holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
