Orlando Baeza, Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Marketing Officer, Flock Freight

Global marketing and commercial growth expert Orlando Baeza is the CRO and CMO at Flock Freight, where he’s leading a new inbound commercial growth strategy to drive even more profitable revenue growth. Prior to Flock, Orlando led B2C and B2B marketing at Medable, Kajabi, and Buzzfeed. He also held roles in global marketing at Activision, Nike and Adidas. Orlando’s thorough and nuanced understanding of brand and growth marketing has been instrumental in significant financial success through P&L ownership upwards of $80M, leading teams of 150+, securing pivotal acquisitions, and driving fundraising campaigns to the tune of more than $750M in total capital.

Orlando has been recognized in Forbes’ 30 Under 30 and 50 Most Entrepreneurial CMO lists, Business Insider’s 40 Under 40 list, and as an Adweek leading CMO to watch.

Greg Boosin, EVP, B2B & Product Marketing, Mastercard

As the discipline lead, he is responsible for lead generation operations, sales enablement, RFP support and leading the in-house Creative Studio across Mastercard’s global business units and regions as well as the articulation of value propositions within the product development process. Prior, Greg held various positions at in Mastercard finance, sales and marketing, was brand manager of Banana Boat Sunblock and an equity research analyst at JP Morgan.

Greg holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College. ​ He lives in Westport, CT with his wife, Dara, their two daughters, Maizy and Tess and the family’s two dogs, Ollie and Remi.

Robert’s career focus is brand and marketing strategy for B2B leaders and innovators. His client experience ranges from global tech leaders to inspiring innovators in AI, healthcare, biotech, fintech, and more. He is a member of PJA’s management team, is continually inspired by the amazing thinking of the agency strategy team he leads, and wrangles PJA’s ongoing Pecha Kucha nights. 

Tonya Garrett, Director, North America Agency Development, LinkedIn

Tonya is a Midwest-bred New Yorker that started her career in Management Consulting and has spent the last 20 years working across the agency ecosystem in Digital, Advertising and Creative agencies holding leadership roles in Client Services, Operations and Executive Leadership. At LinkedIn, she is responsible for leading an amazing team focused on equipping holding companies and large independent agencies with the marketing product, capability, and insights to enrich their value propositions and accelerate clients’ growth on the platform.

Tonya has the honor of serving as the Chair of the Eastern Board of Step Up, an organization that guides diverse young girls on their path to success through mentorship.Tonya loves education and holds degrees in Finance and Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Will Guidara, Restauranteur and Award-Winning Author, Thank You

Will Guidara is the author of the National Bestseller Unreasonable Hospitality, which chronicles the lessons in service and leadership he has learned over the course of his career in restaurants. He is the former co-owner of Eleven Madison Park, which under his leadership received four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin stars, and in 2017 was named #1 on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

He is the host of the Welcome Conference, an annual hospitality symposium that brings together like minded people to share ideas, inspire one another, and connect to form community. A graduate of the hospitality school at Cornell University, he has coauthored four cookbooks, was named one of Crain’s New York Business’s 40 Under 40, and is the recipient of WSJ Magazine’s Innovator Award.

Ty Heath, Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institute at LinkedIn

Ty is Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institute at LinkedIn. Ty connects people with information needed to make intelligent decisions, studying the future of B2B marketing and decision making. With research, she engages the industry in partnership with the leading marketing effectiveness thinkers. This effort helps define the category, so customers can drive growth through marketing. Marketers benefit from Ty’s marketing experience at Google, consulting within IBM and leading her B2B consulting practice. Ty serves on the Digital Marketing Institute’s Global Advisory Council, on the Board of Directors for the American Advertising Federation and as an Adobe Insider with top executives and experts.

Eric Jagher, SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, UScellular

As Chief Marketing Officer, Eric is responsible for executing customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle programs that deliver customer and revenue growth and build brand loyalty in the highly competitive wireless telecommunications marketplace. He works to achieve business goals and ensure UScellular customers have a great wireless experience.

Eric has extensive telecommunications experience and a background in consulting for a variety of companies. Since joining UScellular in 2006, he has held positions of increasing responsibility across marketing, strategy and sales. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife and children.

Gian Carlo Lanfranco, Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer, L&C New York

Gian is a Peruvian immigrant in the US, that has spent the past 18 years of his career working as a creative director of some of the most prestigious advertising agencies around world before starting his own agency, L&C, in New York City. In only two years L&C became the most awarded Independent Agency in the world. L&C New York is Ad Age’s A-List Newcomer Agency of the year 2022, Best Independent Agency at The One Show 2022, Best New Agency at The Andy Awards 2022, Best Boutique Agency at the ADC 2022, Best Independent Agency at the Clio Awards Health 2022, #1 Impact Agency at D&AD 2022, Global Independent Agency at London International Awards 2022, and Top 5 Independent agency at Cannes Lions 2022, after winning the coveted Grand Prix for Creative Business Transformation. Victoria Morrissey, Chief Marketing Officer, Ferguson

Victoria Morrissey is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ferguson, a $30+ billion-dollar company. She is responsible for all enterprise marketing, including brand activation, customer experience & insights, marketing analytics, creative & content and media. As a member of the Ferguson Executive Team, Victoria brings the voice of the customer and Ferguson Brand to life by providing profound insights that drive enterprise-wide, data-driven, strategic decisions.

Before joining Ferguson, Victoria managed Global and Brand Marketing at Caterpillar Inc, a $41.7 billion dollar company. She led a team of 250 employees with oversight of brand, digital marketing, analytics, customer insights and customer experience. Victoria has also been a marketing leader at Grainger, Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, Grainger and WPP. Victoria is on the board of directors of Old Dominion University Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and Fear2Freedom and is the executive sponsor of the Building Pride BRG at Ferguson. 

Billy Seabrook, Senior Partner, Global Chief Design Officer, IBM ix

Billy has spent over 25 years creating innovative digital strategies and customer experiences for leading brands around the world. As the Global Chief Design Officer within IBM Consulting, he leads a team of over 7,000 experience consultants, multi-disciplinary designers, and developers to create smarter businesses through human-centered design and technology. Prior to joining IBM, he held executive creative leadership roles at Digitas, eBay, and Citi where he managed the growth and change of the organizations and the day-to-day activities of global creative teams. Billy strives to discover the unique intersections between art, science, commerce, and storytelling and has won numerous awards for his distinctive work.
