Orlando Baeza, Chief Revenue Officer & Chief Marketing Officer, Flock Freight (Formerly)
Global marketing and commercial growth expert Orlando Baeza is the CRO and CMO at Flock Freight, where he’s leading a new inbound commercial growth strategy to drive even more profitable revenue growth. Prior to Flock, Orlando led B2C and B2B marketing at Medable, Kajabi, and Buzzfeed. He also held roles in global marketing at Activision, Nike and Adidas. Orlando’s thorough and nuanced understanding of brand and growth marketing has been instrumental in significant financial success through P&L ownership upwards of $80M, leading teams of 150+, securing pivotal acquisitions, and driving fundraising campaigns to the tune of more than $750M in total capital.

Greg Boosin, EVP, B2B & Product Marketing, Mastercard
As the discipline lead, he is responsible for lead generation operations, sales enablement, RFP support and leading the in-house Creative Studio across Mastercard’s global business units and regions as well as the articulation of value propositions within the product development process. Prior, Greg held various positions at in Mastercard finance, sales and marketing, was brand manager of Banana Boat Sunblock and an equity research analyst at JP Morgan.
Greg holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middlebury College. He lives in Westport, CT with his wife, Dara, their two daughters, Maizy and Tess and the family’s two dogs, Ollie and Remi.

Will Guidara is the author of the National Bestseller Unreasonable Hospitality, which chronicles the lessons in service and leadership he has learned over the course of his career in restaurants. He is the former co-owner of Eleven Madison Park, which under his leadership received four stars from the New York Times, three Michelin stars, and in 2017 was named #1 on the list of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.
He is the host of the Welcome Conference, an annual hospitality symposium that brings together like minded people to share ideas, inspire one another, and connect to form community. A graduate of the hospitality school at Cornell University, he has coauthored four cookbooks, was named one of Crain’s New York Business’s 40 Under 40, and is the recipient of WSJ Magazine’s Innovator Award.

Eric Jagher, SVP, Chief Marketing Officer, UScellular
As Chief Marketing Officer, Eric is responsible for executing customer acquisition, retention and lifecycle programs that deliver customer and revenue growth and build brand loyalty in the highly competitive wireless telecommunications marketplace. He works to achieve business goals and ensure UScellular customers have a great wireless experience.
Eric has extensive telecommunications experience and a background in consulting for a variety of companies. Since joining UScellular in 2006, he has held positions of increasing responsibility across marketing, strategy and sales. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. He lives in the Chicagoland area with his wife and children.

Gian is a Peruvian immigrant in the US, that has spent the past 18 years of his career working as a creative director of some of the most prestigious advertising agencies around world before starting his own agency, L&C, in New York City. Victoria Morrissey, Chief Marketing Officer, Ferguson
Victoria Morrissey is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ferguson, a $30+ billion-dollar company. She is responsible for all enterprise marketing, including brand activation, customer experience & insights, marketing analytics, creative & content and media. Victoria is on the board of directors of Old Dominion University Women’s Initiative Network (WIN) and Fear2Freedom and is the executive sponsor of the Building Pride BRG at Ferguson.
Billy Seabrook, Senior Partner, Global Chief Design Officer, IBM iX
Billy has spent over 25 years creating innovative digital strategies and customer experiences for leading brands around the world. As the Global Chief Design Officer within IBM Consulting, he leads a team of over 7,000 experience consultants, multi-disciplinary designers, and developers to create smarter businesses through human-centered design and technology. Prior to joining IBM, he held executive creative leadership roles at Digitas, eBay, and Citi where he managed the growth and change of the organizations and the day-to-day activities of global creative teams. Billy strives to discover the unique intersections between art, science, commerce, and storytelling and has won numerous awards for his distinctive work.
