Jason Angrisani | Chief Marketing Officer, Bloomberg L.P.

Jason Angrisani is the Chief Marketing Officer for Bloomberg L.P. In this role, Jason oversees the marketing for all Bloomberg businesses globally which includes all marketing management, brand strategy, planning, digital engagement, content marketing, event execution, reporting as well as the management of the in-house creative agency and external partnerships. These teams are responsible for collectively delivering results driven marketing strategies to promote the Bloomberg brand and engage key audiences across their Financial Products, Media, News, Industry Products, Recruitment and Philanthropic divisions around the world.

In addition to his role as CMO, Jason has been instrumental in helping to build Bloomberg’s marketing department since his arrival in 2010. This includes implementing a global planning framework, helping to integrate marketing automation systems with Bloomberg’s proprietary technology, enhancing the department’s reporting capabilities and educating senior leaders on the impact and value that marketing can deliver for the business.

Prior to joining Bloomberg, Jason spent 5 years at the global advertising agency Ogilvy & Mather across various business divisions of the IBM brand account. Jason began his professional career working for IBM in their Corporate Communications division. 

Jason currently serves on the ANA Business Marketing NYC Board of Directors and is also a member of The Professional Service Firm CMO roundtable.

Beth Bamonte | Global Performance Leader, IBM

As the Global Performance Leader at IBM for Industry Marketing, Beth works every day to make sure her clients find what they need quickly and stay engaged with content and context that resonates with the business challenges they face in their industry. She is known best amongst her team and peers for her critical thinking, positive attitude and a leadership style that embraces innovative ideas leveraging data, with a sense of urgency for achieving results. She has a great passion for problem-solving and listens intently to understand her clients’ needs, focusing on getting to know them as individuals. She loves working on projects that inspire her to think differently, allow her to drive change, and deliver with efficiency and speed.

Linda Brunner | Senior Vice President, IT Digital Customer Experience, Siemens Healthineers

Linda is Senior Vice President, IT Digital Customer Experience at Siemens Healthineers, with global responsibility for driving customer-centric engagement and transactions within the IT function, inclusive of the company’s CRM landscape, worldwide internet presence and eCommerce capabilities. Linda is based at the company’s Tarrytown, NY facility. She leads a team of 60+ IT professionals in 8 different locations and covering time zones from Chicago to Shanghai. Linda has held positions of increasing scope and responsibility at Siemens in their Healthcare sector for over 14 years, including Marketing Communications, Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications and now IT. 

She was with Bayer Healthcare Diagnostics prior to the Siemens’ acquisition. Linda was formerly Director, Perkin Elmer Instruments, where she directed a staff of Marketing and Product Managers responsible for strategic direction, product development, marketing, and global commercialization of several product lines and platforms. Linda started her career as a Research Scientist at Pfizer, Ciba-Geigy and Novartis. She has authored several scientific papers. Linda holds a BS in Chemistry and MS in Biochemistry. She is the proud mom of 2 adopted sons; and, loves to ski, sail, and read in her free time. She also currently serves as the Chair of Siemens Healthineers Diversity & Inclusion Council USA & Canada.

Toni Clayton-Hine | Chief Marketing Officer, EY Americas

Toni Clayton-Hine is the Chief Marketing Officer for EY Americas, the $15bn professional services firm globally known as Ernst & Young LLP, where she is responsible for defining and implementing a strategic marketing vision across industry sectors, geographies and service lines to drive revenue, relationships and reputation for the firm. This includes creating and executing an integrated marketing strategy that encompasses branding, media, experiential and digital marketing.  

Prior to EY, Toni was the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Xerox, responsible for creating a holistic strategy, from brand to demand, to deliver profitable growth in untapped B2B and B2B2C market segments. Her work at Xerox earned her a spot as one of Brand Innovator’s Top 100 Women in Brand Marketing.

Before joining Xerox, Toni served as the Divisional CMO and Vice President of Worldwide Marketing for the Data Management division of CA Technologies, which now operate as Erwin, Inc. and Arcserve, Inc.

Toni serves on the Board of Directors for CompTIA, the Computing Technology Industry Association, and is a member of their Audit, Finance & Investment Committee. She was also the Chair of the 2018 B2B Advertising Awards for the American Marketing Association and sits on the Board of Experts for Glilot Capital, a VC firm that funds early-stage technology start-ups.

Russ Findlay | Operating Partner, H.I.G. Capital

Russell Findlay is currently Senior Executive Director and Operating Partner at H.I. G. Capital, a leading international Private Equity firm. Prior to that he was Global Chief Marketing Officer of international specialist insurer Hiscox. Prior to Hiscox, he was the CMO of Major League Soccer, and a marketing executive for PepsiCo, where he launched the Sierra Mist and PepsiMax brands. Mr. Findlay started his career at Unilever where he was their global expert in e-commerce prior to roles in brand management.

He is an award winning marketer having won EFFIE’s, ACE Awards, and Financial CommunicationsSociety Awards, among others. Mr. Findlay has been named one of the most influential marketers in the world by The Internationalist. In 2018, Findlay and his team won Marketer of the Year from one of the most hotly contested business marketing awards competition.

Outside of work, Mr. Findlay volunteers his time giving back to the marketing community. He is on the following Boards: Board of Directors of the Association of National Advertisers, America’s governing body for the advertising community, as well as being the Chairman of their Sponsorship and Events Committee; member of the National Advertising Review Board, the group which acts as the arbiter for companies disputing competitors’ advertising; and Board of ANA Business Marketing New York City.
