Janet Balis | Americas Customer and Growth Market Leader and CMO Practice Leader, EY

Janet leads EY’s consulting professionals in the Americas focused on the customer agenda and revenue growth, including marketing, sales, digital and customer experience and leads EY’s CMO practice.  Prior to joining EY, Janet worked extensively across broadcast, digital and print media at highly innovative media companies, including executive roles at AOL, Time Warner, The Huffington Post, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia and Betaworks.  She speaks and publishes extensively on the topics of customer strategy and marketing as well as advanced advertising, including Harvard Business Review, Forbes, Ad Age and CNBC, most recently.  She also serves on the boards of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (Emmy’s) and the Global Board of the Mobile Marketing Association.

Elizabeth Bamonte | WW Performance Leader, IBM Global Markets, IBM

Beth is known best for her critical thinking, positive attitude and a leadership style that embraces diverse and innovative ideas with a sense of urgency for achieving results. She has a great passion for problem-solving and listen intently to understand her clients’ needs, focusing on getting to know them as individuals. She loves working on projects and with people who inspire her to think differently, allows her to drive change, and deliver with efficiency and speed. She’s spent her career at IBM across all facets of the business and is now the Global Performance and Digital Leader for Industry Marketing.

Daniela Campari-Hand |Head Of Competitive Intelligence, Kimberly-Clark

Daniela Campari-Hand is an accomplished marketing, innovation and global expansion executive. As a digital activist Daniela has held a number of C-Suite marketing and business expansion roles in companies such as Mars/Wrigley and The American Cancer Society. She also headed up The Coca-Cola Company’s global sports and energy brands, and was the VP of revenue management and business development at The InterContinental Hotel group.

Daniela has been successful in pioneering B2B and B2C innovative business growth strategies, marketing, digital, and research strategies that impact the entire business and customer value chain. Jeremy Cochran | CEO Strategic Clients, Iris

Jeremy sits on the global executive board of Iris, a thriving creative agency with offices in 14 cities around the world. Having been with Iris for 14 years, he has been instrumental in driving its growth across both discipline and geography. Jeremy is focused on delivering a progressive, distinctive and enjoyable client experience across the global network. Iris clients include Samsung, Adidas, PayPal, Barclays, Alcon, Roche and HPE among others. 

Jeremy is a truly global marketer. Although currently based in New York, he spent 15 years in London and previously worked in mainland China. And until Covid, he was also frequently found in Seoul working on Samsung business. Before he joined Iris, Jeremy transformed Catalyst (London) into an award-winning, creative agency as their Managing Director.

Frank Cooper III | Senior Managing Director and Global CMO, BlackRock

Frank Cooper has built his career on a unique capability: to unite business, human and cultural perspectives to make brands supremely relevant. As such, he has built a reputation as an agent of change, able to lead transformation for companies at an inflection point across multiple industries, from entertainment and consumer goods to technology and Finance.

In his role as Senior Managing Director and Global CMO of global financial powerhouse BlackRock, Frank leads the company’s marketing across every region of the world —combining the science of data-driven/technology-centered approaches with the art of creativity, culture and purpose.

Frank began his career as an entertainment lawyer, later serving as a senior executive at Motown and Def Jam. His ability to leverage entertainment to connect culture with consumers led to his subsequent roles as Chief Marketing and Creative Officer at BuzzFeed and CMO of Global Consumer Engagement for PepsiCo’s Global Beverage Group. Frank has been lauded by Fast Company Magazine as one of the “100 Most Creative People in Business”; was a four-time recipient of Billboard Magazine’s “Power 100”; and recipient of AdColor’s coveted Legend award.

Jill Cress | VP of Growth Marketing, PayPal

As VP of Growth Marketing, Jill Cress leads the marketing teams for PayPal and Venmo aimed at driving growth by increasing consumer acquisition and engagement. She oversees targeted lifecycle, innovative partnership, and brand marketing strategies.

Jill has thrived throughout her career as a versatile team player, building and leading diverse teams in positions around the world. She brings a unique set of experiences, having held a number of roles at top companies. Prior to joining PayPal, she was a leader at National Geographic and Mastercard. Her most rewarding role is raising her daughter.

Arnaud Frade | Chief Commercial Officer (APAC), Ipsos

Arnaud Frade is Chief Commercial Officer and Service Line leader – Social Intelligence Analytics for Ipsos in Asia-Pacific, in charge of supporting clients across a broad range of business challenges and opportunities. Arnaud is a trusted advisor to blue-chip firms across major industries and to key government stakeholders as well as a sought-after speaker, with a focus on brand architecture, the role technology plays in transforming consumer habits, the deep changes in retail and shopping behaviors and future trends.

Arnaud has worked for leading companies, including American Express, WPP and Omnicom across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Middle East & Africa and Europe, in senior commercial and consultative roles. He is based in Singapore, where he has lived for the past fourteen years.

Ty Heath | Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institute, LinkedIn

Ty is Director, Market Engagement, The B2B Institute @LinkedIn, the former President of LinkedIn’s Black Inclusion Group (BIG) and Co-Founder of TransformHER. Ty is passionate about connecting people with information needed to make intelligent decisions, scaling educational content to help marketers be more productive and successful with a bit of humor. Ty teaches B2B marketing as well as leadership, diversity, and inclusion and is the author of “Marketers of Tomorrow: A Step by Step Toolkit for Inbound Marketing.” 

Marketers benefit from Ty’s marketing experience at Google Inc, consulting within IBM as a social business manager and leading her own B2B consulting practice, Spectacled Marketer. Ty serves on the Digital Marketing Institute’s Global Advisory Council.  In her career, she has delivered marketing education to thousands.

Ken Hein | US Editor, The Drum

Kenneth Hein is US Editor of The Drum. Prior to joining the Drum, he led Dentsu’s U.S. communications during a period of historic growth. Hein was promoted from his global communications role at dentsu’s gyro where he elevated the independent start-up to the Advertising Age and ANA Business-to-Business Agency of the Year.

Hein joined gyro from J. Walter Thompson where he built the PR department in its New York headquarters office from the ground up. Before joining JWT, he spent more than a decade as an editor covering marketing and advertising at Adweek, Brandweek and other top publications. He is the recipient of the Jesse H. Neal Award for Excellence in Journalism, a D&AD Pencil, the Ad Club President’s Award as well as numerous other accolades.

Tim Kobe | Founder, Eight, Inc.

Tim Kobe is a design leader, author and founder of the globally recognized strategic and experience design firm Eight Inc. For over 30 years in design and a leader in Innovation and Branded Experience, Eight Inc. has worked with companies such as Apple, Virgin Atlantic Airways, Nike, Coke, Knoll and Citibank. The firm takes on an interdisciplinary and holistic approach, working across traditional disciplines including strategy, architecture, exhibition, interior design, product, communications and branding. Many projects have received international design awards and have been published across Asia, Europe, and the United States. His 11 studios and 200+ strategic designers and business creatives connect across 7 time zones and 3 continents.

Kobe is a keynote speaker and speaks on topics surrounding design, innovation, technology and business valuation for many internationally known forums. He has been featured and recognized for his work in prominent publications like Harvard Business Review, Bloomberg, The Economist, Dezeen and Fast Company. His upcoming book, Return on Experience, published by ORO Editions will be released in 2020.

Maria Kochiras | VP & Program Leader, Cargill Global Transformation, Cargill

Maria Kochiras is the Vice President & Program Leader with Cargill’s Global Transformation Management Office, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer. Since the inception of Cargill’s global transformation two years ago, she has been responsible for driving and supporting Cargill’s transformation across all businesses to achieve  both greater efficiency and profitable growth for Cargill and its customers as well as leading a team that pilots new opportunities.

Maria joined Cargill in 2004 and was with Corporate Risk & Audit primarily working with our food businesses worldwide, then running the global risk team. Maria subsequently moved to Cargill Starches, Sweeteners & Texturizers North America, where she was the Marketing leader for the food segment.  She then joined Corporate Strategy & Development in 2013 working across Cargill businesses to drive both new strategies and accelerated continuous improvement worldwide.

Kellie Krug | Former EVP/Head of Enterprise Marketing, Wells Fargo

An innovative and results oriented marketer, Kellie has more than 20 years in senior marketing roles in B2B and consumer marketing at Wells Fargo, Charles Schwab, Visa and numerous retail brands. Kellie brings a customer-first and data grounded perspective in transforming brands that resonate and marketing programs that drive business outcomes. Bringing deep expertise across digital channels, content and social media, partnerships and events, Kellie is a creative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Kathy Houghton | Executive Director, Literacy New York

Kathy Houghton is the Executive Director of Literacy New York (LNY).  In this position, she creates, implements, and monitors systems and procedures to ensure delivery of grant and project deliverables, and supports staff in meeting outcomes. Prior to becoming LNY’s Executive Director, Kathy was the Director of Program Services for LNY for 12 years.  

Kathy is also a certified trainer, and facilitates workshops and presentations locally, regionally, nationally, and virtually.  Her training certifications include many aspects of adult education including learning disabilities, reading, and writing. 

Laura Maness | CEO, Havas New York

Leading Havas New York, the North American flagship Creative agency of Havas Group, Laura is responsible for driving a culture of creativity and innovation and creating deeper meaning for some of the most recognized companies in the world. Since taking the helm in NY in early 2016, Laura has been a catalyst for growth, steering an enterprise-wide turnaround and transformation of Havas that earned the agency AdExchanger’s Best Collaborative Agency Team 2020, Ad Age 2019 Best Places to Work, and Digiday’s Most Innovative Culture. Laura’s 25-year career spans independent digital pure-players and large integrated ad agencies across several major holding companies (Publicis, WPP, IPG and now Havas) in Chicago, San Francisco and now NY. A proud alum of Loyola University Chicago (where she delivered the 2020 Commencement Address), Laura was recently named a Working Mother of the Year by She Runs It and Campaign US Female Frontier honoree for Championing Change.

Sadé Muhammad | Director, Representation & Inclusion Partnerships, Forbes

Sadé Muhammad is Director of Representation & Inclusion Partnerships. Sadé developed the Representation & Inclusion Practice, launched in January 2020, to unite marketers with leading voices to challenge existing systems and processes.

In her role, Muhammad brings the full breadth of Forbes’ platforms – Forbes.com, BrandVoice, Insights, LIVE events, social and more – to bear for brands seeking to create meaningful conversations with Forbes’ audience for the purpose of reimagining systems of inequity and transforming business worldwide.

Muhammad formerly served as Associate Director of Content Partnerships where she developed operational practices to drive content marketing strategies with client partners.

Prior to Forbes, Muhammad held various roles in marketing and advertising at NBCUniversal, Inc. In September 2020, she was awarded the International Media News Association’s 30 Under 30 Award for achievement in Advertising.

Julie Roads | Chief Creative & Strategy Officer, MJM Creative

Julie’s experience as Chief Creative & Strategy Officer for Fortune 100 and 500 clients covers the spectrum – from building cohesive event curriculums to speechwriting for executives; from writing and directing videos to custom creating and delivering impactful interactive experiences. Her expertise lies in her ability to find new ways to deliver information and meet client goals. This is accomplished by looking away from ‘tactics’ and looking directly at the ‘musts’.

Known for her ability to bring it all together, Julie has provided effective, focused editorial, educational and illustrative content through many outlets and venues: print, web, live, and the speech writing and visuals for several notable TED talks.

Tiffany Rolfe | Global Chief Creative Officer, R/GA

As Global Chief Creative Officer, Tiffany champions R/GA’s creative vision across the agency’s global offices and works to lead creative teams that operate at the intersection of business and culture to deliver transformational work to global clients.

Tiffany is well-known for developing strategic creative solutions that lead to business and cultural impact, and she brings over 20 years of design and creative experience to her position. Prior to R/GA, she spent over six years at Co:Collective as Partner and Chief Creative Officer, where she acted as lead partner for the Puma account and oversaw a highly successful campaign that catapulted YouTube stars to fame. Before Co:Collective, she spent a decade at CP+B where she was VP, Executive Creative Director.

Tiffany was named one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” and is currently on the board of The One Club and the Ad Council Creative Committee. She is particularly proud of the work she did with ACLU following the 2016 election.

A business journalist and editor with more than two decades of experience reporting on media and marketing. Known for agenda-setting exclusives and high profile interviews with industry figures from across the world — for print, online and on video. A sought-after speaker and moderator. Currently, the founder of Creative Salon — a trusted advisor and consigliere to some of the world’s most influential advertising and marketing leaders.

Roger Solé | Chief Marketing Officer, WeWork

Roger Solé has been the Chief Marketing Officer at WeWork since April 2020. He is a seasoned brand marketing executive, having led numerous renowned consumer-facing brands. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience in marketing, customer lifecycle management, and innovation of products and services. Before joining WeWork, Roger came from Sprint where he was the company’s Chief Marketing Officer for five years.

Tom Stein | Chairman and Chief Client Officer, Stein IAS

Tom is a founding partner of the Agency and a leader and innovator in B2B marketing for more than 30 years. In 2017, Tom was among the first group of inductees into the ANA B-to-B Hall of Fame. Tom is part of the leadership team that has propelled Stein IAS to global Agency of the Year designation by ANA Business Marketing for six consecutive years and an unprecedented eight times over 11 years (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011 and 2010). Tom also was inducted into the Creative Excellence in Business Advertising (CEBA) Hall of Fame in 2008 and was named to the “Who’s Who in B2B Marketing” list for 13 straight years. Tom currently serves as President of ANA Business Marketing NYC and has led to its growth to more than 2,000 members.

Allison Knapp Womack | SVP & Chief Marketing Officer, Enterprise Community Partners, Inc.

Allison is a marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in advancing business outcomes for leading brands around the globe. As Chief Marketing Officer, Allison leads a team charged with telling powerful stories, analyzing data and transforming insights into creative business strategies that enhance donor and partner relationships and advance Enterprise’s mission.

Previously, as a senior leader at Omnicom’s business communications firm Doremus, Allison oversaw client engagements across the globe and brought insight into diverse business challenges across a range of sectors. She held senior positions at leading advertising and communications firms, including Ogilvy, Y&R and Wunderman, working on iconic brands and partnering extensively with nonprofit organizations, including Good360, CFA Institute and Underwriters Laboratories. 

Allison is a board member of ANA Business Marketing of New York and has served on the boards of Make Room, a rental advocacy organization, and Plan International USA, working to end gender inequality and poverty globally.

Catherine Wragg | SVP of Human Resources TriNet

Catherine Wragg joined TriNet in 2017 and serves as SVP of Human Resources, overseeing learning and development, HR operations and compliance, talent acquisition, compensation and analytics, and internal HR support to the business.

Previously, Catherine served as SVP of Business Development at Giorgio Armani Corporation, where she collaborated with the CEO on various business strategies, including the management of the e-commerce channel for North America. Earlier at Giorgio Armani, she was SVP of Human Resources at A|X Armani Exchange. Prior to that, she was SVP of Human Resources and Administration at Tower Group International, Ltd., where she was responsible for establishing and growing an internal HR function to support a rapid growth property and casualty insurance company.
